 SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped out on weekends or holidays.

Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order we will contact you via email. 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Aguila Collection/ Bespoke “Made-to-Order:” All sales are final. We are pleased to offer complimentary cleaning or repair within one year of purchase. Customers are responsible for all related shipping costs for returns or repairs.

All Other Collections: We accept returns or store credit and exchanges within 10 days of delivery. Items should be returned in original selling condition along with proof of purchase. Please email us prior to return or exchange, so we can better accommodate you. Customer is responsible for all related shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

REPAIRS

Made to order/Bespoke: Please reach out to us via email by emailing info@bulletgirl.com for a repair or alteration to you custom BulletGirl piece. Customer is responsible for cost of repair or alteration as well as shipping, unless it is within 30 days of purchase and the product is damaged.

All Other Collections: Please reach out to us via email by emailing info@bulletgirl.com for a repair to your BulletGirl piece. Customer is responsible for cost of repair or alteration as well as shipping, unless it is within 30 days of purchase and the product is damaged.
